HOW TO VIEW AND ORDER YOUR PHOTOS ONLINE
A. VIEWING YOUR PROOFS
1. Log on to our website-WWW.BUDDINGTONSPHOTO.COM Click on the icon "PROOFS ON LINE"
2. Enter your password (password assigned to you by BPS in your invitation letter). Enter all characters including
dash.
3. Read and follow all instructions that appear on the introductory page before clicking to view your proofs.
4. Click to view your proofs. All photos from your sitting will be displayed.
Under each photo these symbols appear; Magnify glass (enlarges photo). A square with a plus(+) sign (used to
store your favorite poses to a special file). A shopping cart (used to view price or coordinate orders when
placing an order.)
B. STORING YOUR FAVORITE POSE(S)
1. Select your first favorite pose then click on to the favorite icon that appears under your choice.
You will be required to enter your email address plus your password (this allows you to re-visit
and review your favorite photos at a later date.)
2. Continue storing your favorite pose, by clicking the favorite icon displayed under desired photo(s). Next to
the word "favorite" above the page, a number count appears each time you add a favorite pose to this file.
3. You can choose to store your favorite photos at this time or you can proceed to the next step.
C. ORDERING FROM BPS PRICE LIST
1 View the Price List, then determine the quantity of pose(s) that is allowed in your desired package.
this applies if you are choosing from al la carte/individual items also.
2. Store only those poses that you select for your order.
3. Click on the word "favorite"- this will open your favorite file displaying just the choices you wish to work with.
4. Click on the cart symbol, this opens into the packages and offers. Find your desired offer and fill-in the
required fields by following these procedures:
6. If you do not wish any additional selection from this section. you must proceed below to "add to my cart"
7. Click on to "add to my cart" (all selections from your chosen offer will be displayed along with the price of
your chosen item). You will be asked to continue shopping for additional items or proceed to check out.
D. PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Orders can be submitted online without using a credit card.
2. Using a credit/bank card payment, please use the coment box to indicate the amount you will
be deducting from your card before submitting your order.
3.If you do not wish to submit payment by credit cards online you can choose these other options:
5. Payment can also be made via mail or at BPS Studio after yearbook selection date.
6. Orders submitted with the required 50% deposit will be completed within 10-12 weeks
7. Call and ask about our lay-a-way plans.
8. You will be required to pay a $30.00 bank fee to BPS on all checks returned by the bank.
AFTER ONLINE EXPIRATION DATE HAS PASSED, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR
PROOFS ONLINE. YOU MUST CONTACT OUR STUDIO FOR VIEWING OPTIONS.

image) confirm that the selected pose match the item you wish to place on that pose. - repeat process until you have matched all items in your package with your favorite pose(s).
